The Impossible Continues

Well it is Day 4 of my Gluten Free, Sucrose, Lactose and Fructose Free diet. Today I had an omelet with grilled chicken and portabello mushrooms and then for lunch I had the chicken and mushroom dish that I had prepared yesterday to last me into the weekend.

-Even though this is out of necessity and not a healthy diet choice, I still wonder if I can continue to keep up with the diet. Imagine a food pyramid with only half of the veggie group and half of the meat group left. Then try to think about what you had for bfast lunch and dinner yesterday. Crazy, I know…
