Hello world, part deux! The Gluten Freak is back and this time I’m imparting the wisdom or 16 years of trying to live a gluten free, lactose free, sucrose free, fructose free, soy free life all the while trying to be a functional adult in a society and food culture that looks awfully different since I was first diagnosed in 2007. No more cardboard GF pasta, people have heard of gluten (for better or for worse), and I found a woman who won’t get up and leave me the moment I riddle off the laundry list of food restrictions.
My goal is to be your go-to profile for all things GF along with the entourage of other intolerances that make this tangled web of eating too good to look away from. I’ll be covering food/product/supplement/recipe reviews, restaurant reviews (S/O Find Me Gluten Free App), and most importantly tequila blanco reviews since that is the alcoholic beverage of choice these days.
