20 something that continues to find eating on a daily basis an expensive but intriguing constant struggle.
I eat in bulk, and I eat often so running out of GF friendly food is an ongoing battle.
Diagnosed with gluten insensitivity, and later gluten intolerance, in addition to intolerance to:
Fructose– ex: “high fructose corn syrup”
Sucrose- ex: “fruit sugars”- “some veggies”- corn, tomatoes.
Lactose- ex: “dairy products”
Soy-based products also causes a lot of issues
–> This is not a pity blog- this is so that I can connect with people that have similar food allergens, share recipes, college eating tips, do not eat lists, nightlife survival, local bars/restaurants that cater to celiacs and the rise in celiac awareness.
*I know of only two other people who have this cornucopia of food restrictions and I usually crush their world once they learn about all the limitations they will need to implement on their everyday lives.

I am so glad to have stumbled upon your blog! My 6 year old daughter has recently been diagnosed with Celiac disease and lactose, fructose and sucrose intolerance. I am feeling so overwhelmed with what to get her to eat and drink. Would love to get your feedback.
